Hours of Operation:
Friday 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm (set-up 4 pm – 7 pm)
Saturday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Dealer tables for 2011 are available. Please download the dealers packet of information, fill out the forms, and either mail them with your payment to the address provided or send them to dealers@timegatecon.org (please put “TimeGate Dealer Room” in the subject) and submit your payment via PayPal.
Pleae email first, just to make sure that space is available, before mailing a check.
FAN TABLES
fan tables are now available for 2011! Fan tables are free, but must be staffed by convention attendees (meaning you have to have a badge in order to work a fan table). If you'd like to reserve a fan table for your group, please email us at dealers@timegatecon.org (please put "TimeGate Fan Tables" in the subject line).
