Program book is 8.5" x 5.5" with color cover and black & white interior. Back cover ad can be printed in colour.

Ad sizes and rates are as follows:

Full page: 8" x 5" - $75 (interior)
Full page: 8" x 5" - $90 (inside front & back cover)
Full page: 8" x 5" - $100 (color, back cover)
Half page: 8" x 2.5" - $60
Quarter page (4" x 2.5") - $40
Eighth page (2.5" x 2") - $25

All artwork for ads must be received by May1st, 2009.

Ads will appear in the left-hand column of the website. Ad sizes and rates (sizes are width by height):

Small: (112 x 112 px) $35
Medium: (112 x 170) $50 (example at left)
Large: (112 x 230) $65
Tower: (112 x 275) $90
Banner: (549 x 60) $100*

[Most any file type is acceptable, particularly .jpg, .gif, .tif, .png]

The above rates are a one-time charge. An advertiser buying a small ad in June 2008 would be paying $35 for a year’s exposure, whereas someone who pays the same price April 2009 is paying $35 for less time but at much higher-volume site traffic.

These rates gets an ad placed on three active pages, with a guarantee of it appearing on the Home page for at least the first month (all ads will remain on the Home page as long as possible). That way, the ads will rotate and as newer ads are purchased, they will appear on the home page and older ads will be moved to an interior page.

Additionally, ads will be positioned sensibly, where applicable. For instance, if a company that will be in our dealers room buys an ad, their ad will be positioned on the home page, the dealers page and one other interior page. If a fan group who will have a fan table buys ad space, their ad will appear on the Tables page; a guest’s ad will appear on the Guests page, etc. And, of course, you can request specific placement if you like.

Also, if you want your ad to be placed on more than three pages throughout the site, we will arrange a special rate for you.

All rates reflect ads that are “camera-ready”. A special rate will be quoted for anyone needing artwork assistance for their ad.

*Banner ads: Banners will be placed in the Main Content column of the site (ie the one you're reading this in). The same rules apply: ad placement on three pages throughout the site, on the Home page for at least one month, will be active from the time you place the ad through the dates of the con, etc.

Fan Clubs: Fan Organizations (non-business) can place ads on our site at greatly reduced rates. Fan rates are:

Small: (112 x 112 px) free
Medium: (112 x 170) free
Large: (112 x 230) $30
Tower: (112 x 275) $45
Banner: (549 x 60) $50
